SESSION # 1 - REBIRTHING (CONSCIOUS ENERGY BREATHING)
Guidance on the use of breathing, specifically for the purpose of clearing the energy around your birth. Breathing is safe and powerful. It is a person's traumatic experience at birth that created so much disturbance. You learn that it is really safe to live in a body. The power of the mind is discussed and demonstrated through the use of affirmations and other techniques to clear the subconscious, especially of the FIVE BIGGIES so everyone's power increases. This, in turn, increases everyone else's power.

SESSION # 2 - MONEY AND PROSPERITY
How to change from poverty consciousness to prosperity consciousness. What is prosperity and what it means to be financially free. How to do the things you love to for money. Self-employment.

SESSION # 3 - SPIRITUAL PURIFICATION
Simple, pleasurable methods of purifying the mind and body with earth, air, water and fire. By purifying the mind and body, one experiences the superconscious mind and PHYSICAL IMMORTALITY. The way to better health and life through overcoming the "death urge".

SESSION # 4 - SELF-ANALYSIS
The "personal law" seminar. How to get in touch with your own personal law that has been interfering with your life and how to create your new "eternal law" so life will be easier and more fun.

SESSION # 5 - IDEAL RELATIONSHIPS
You can choose and manifest your relationships the way you want them. This seminar is an in-depth study about clearing existing relationships and having the relationships you want.

SESSION # 6 - SEX AND SPECIAL RELATIONSHIPS
Special love relationships. The power of sex. Male and female balancing. You can keep your love life creative, clear, powerful, and fun.

SESSION # 7 - GOD, HOLY SPIRIT
You can get clear and complete in your relationship to God. Forgiving childhood guilt patterns. You can use your subconscious mind and Infinite Intelligence in your life and affairs.

SESSION # 8 - SPIRITUAL HEALING
Simple healing techniques that work. Everyone is a healer. Some just need to discover their gift. Energy breathing, Aura healing, finding the cause, food and cleansing, energy balancing, simple touch. A fun day.

SESSION # 9 - CREATIVITY
By breathing in a connected way, one has access to Infinite Creativity. This session will be about expressing ourselves creatively in an unlimited way. (This session always surprises each participant about themselves, and others in a glorious way.)

SESSION # 10 - LOVE AND CREATIVITY
By now you are creating your own life the way you have chosen. You can continue loving yourself and others in new ways. Your creativity is unlimited. You can always surpass yourself.

SESSION # 11 - COMMUNITY, NEW AGE POLITICS
We can participate in the world together in peace and harmony. By our participation with each other we can represent ourselves like never before in a democracy. Politics can be interesting and fun without taking you away fr om the rest of your life. We create it together!

SESSION # 12 - TO BE CHOSEN BY THE GROUP

The last session is created by the group as a completion to the year. Loving, evaluation, community, family, singing, sharing, living.

The 11th and 12th seminars are combined as a country retreat, where people have the opportunity to experience Rebirthing in water (if they so choose.)

These seminars will be presented, although not necessarily in this order. Dates may be adjusted according to the needs of the group.

Each month includes a paired rebirthing session and a forum for a particular topic.

Each participant brings food to share for the day. (Vegetarian food). Sometimes, the group loves to go out together but all of this is done as a group, by agreement.

The cost is $175.00 (GST included) per month per participant. When fully paid by the second seminar the 12th seminar is free.

Leonard Orr, the developer of Rebirthing, loves to attend One Year Seminar groups. He often participates with us whenever he can. His favorite topic is Physical Immortality.

Seminars begin at 9:30 a.m. and will complete by approximately 7:00 p.m. each time.

Please remember to bring your pillow, blanket and your binder each time, with food to share (vegetarian - no green, red or any other colour peppers).

The cost is $175.00 (GST included) per month per participant. Please issue a series of post-dated cheques to Penn & Associates. (Should you wish to make a cheque out for the whole year, one seminar is free, that is, you pay for 11 seminar days, not 12).
