Dr. Bach, in the later years of his life, lived and worked
in Mount Vernon, England, where he continued to develop and discover his
vibrational healing flowers in the fields surrounding the area. The very
same wild flower locations are used to this day in the preparation of
the Bach Flower Remedies by the present custodians, who are dedicated
by legacy to maintaining the simple method and use of the Remedies as
intended by Dr. Bach.
The name 'Bach' is as generic to flower and tree essences
as 'Kleenex' is to tissues. Since Bach's time, the methods by which he
produced vibrational flower remedies have been used as a "matrix"
for many essences, which have now been developed and produced in countries
around the world. Each system of essences has its own qualities and these
are dependent on the people who produce the essences, which also have
qualities related to the country and region where they are made.
The following list of Bach Flower Remedies is intended as
an abbreviated reference. For complete descriptions, see the list presented
of available books on the subject. Please pay special attention to "Heal
Thyself" (which is one of the most accurate theses on healing) or "The
Twelve Healers" (with a more expanded description of the remedies in Dr.
Bach's original descriptions.)
